Delivery
(nb – Customs requirements for non EU purchasors may mean that your package is opened by Customs Officials and we will have to affix a customs declaration to your package stating as discreetly as possible what the contents are.
UK Taxes are included in the price quoted where appropriate. For Non EU clients, all packages will have a customs declaration attached by us detailing the value. Purchasors are responsible for any import taxes due in their own country.
How to Buy
Payment Methods Available for UK Customers
UK Credit and Debit Cards up to £300 via NOCHEX: We can accept UK Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) and Debit card (Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro) payments up to £300.00 without any requirement for you to sign up for a Nochex account. If you already have an account then normal Nochex limits apply.
PAYPAL: Credit or Debit card payments can be accepted through Paypal, normally with no requirement for account sign up. We particularly welcome payments from existing Paypal account holders via this method.
UK CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER: If you wish to pay using either of these methods, add your purchases to your basket and then choose the appropriate option during checkout. Details of where to send your payment will be given during checkout and also in an email confirming your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received and that cheques must be drawn on a British Bank Account.
Payment Methods Available Through Checkout for Customers from Other Countries
PAYPAL: Credit or Debit card payments can be accepted through Paypal, normally with no requirement for account sign up. We particularly welcome payments from existing Paypal account holders via this method. Please note that Paypal is not available to customers in all countries.
We are sorry that, at present, we are unable to accept any other methods of payment from customers outside of the United Kingdom or countries served by Paypal.
Faulty goods returned within 14 days of receipt will be fully refunded or replaced. Items bought in error can also be returned to us, within 7 working days of receipt please, provided that they are in as supplied condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, there can be no exceptions to this rule, for hygiene reasons. In these cases, refunds will be for the purchase price of the goods, less a handling charge to cover our original postage costs. If you require an alternative size or colour, an additional amount may be payable to cover postage and handling. This will be advised when you email us. All Boots and Shoes and most leather items are special order items and returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We recommend that you obtain at least proof of posting for all returns to protect you in the unlikely event of your return going astray.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened hosiery or on items that have been worn or that have become stained in any way (including deodorant stains from trying on for size). Items of this nature returned to us will be returned to you at your cost.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order
and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we may collect about you if supplied to us includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
consent. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to allow us to us to
collect the above information for the stated purpose of fulfulling your order.
All Credit and Debit Card transactions with us are handled securely through Nochex or Paypal as appropriate and we at SJO Trading / Mitztique are never in possession of your credit card number. Never send credit card or other sensitive information by email, this information is only requested through Paypal or Nochex and at no other time. All of these systems use secure servers to collect and process your credit or debit card information
The information we hold will
be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about
you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct
it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance
with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic
Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We do use cookies to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site
and to keep track of items that you add to your cart. This uses a "cookie"
which would be stored on your browser. If you modify your browser to prevent
this happening, you may not be able to place orders on our site. The information
collected in this way is stored against a 'session code' which time expites
and can therefore not be used as a permanent identification by us.
